Idk, he looks like he might be on of those guys who just is ****ing huge. His ideal weight might be closer to 300 than 250.
But he definitely has quite a few pounds of fat to loose.

All of Miller's best wins are against 35+ year old C tier fighters that have been comprehensively beaten every time they've stepped up. He's never faced a guy in his prime, never faced a guy coming off of an impressive win and I'm fairly certain it will stay that way until he finally gets his Joshua payday.
