    He has flabby tits because he has gynecomastia. That means he would still had flabby tits even if skinny.
    However, it seems like he had surgery to remove it, judging by the last pics.

    I don't think it's a given that he is on steroids, he's a big guy that has tendency to bulk, plus he's lifting weights and doesn't give a shyte about body weight.

    Even though he's got a massive frame that's ridiculous. He's seriously overweight. But lucky for him he's a fighting a 41 year old LHW.
