Forget Pulev, Miller has been calling out Ruiz Jr for years, but heres why this fight happens. Wilder v Breazeale Kownacki v Martin Miller v Ruiz Jr The top 6 US heavyweights, all strong rumors of fighting each other, if someone can get Wilder in there with Breazeale of course, and Prince Charles doesnt show up stoned, this is the kind of mini tourney US heavyweights need to up their pay grade. If these 3 fights come off, great for US heavyweight boxing and the US boxing community in general. US heavys need to start fighting each other, or start eating out of Hearns hands.

He's fighting top 30 guys unless the WBA or WBO order him to fight a ranked fighter. Ruiz isn't getting the fight.
Millers been calling out Andy Ruiz Jr for years, now Ruiz is finally stepping up to the plate? This fight is on like Donkey Kong.
This is going to be a match that everyone thinks will be exciting, that'll end up being mindnumbingly boring.
Not really, because both fighters will come in shape for that fight. A large reason Miller and Ruiz are boring is that their fat asses start to gas out after a couple of rounds and they need to conserve their output.
Jarrell Miller has the highest punch output in world heavyweight boxing. Even at 300 pounds hes the fittest man in the division. How does he gass out? Lol
He goes from being a monstrous power puncher to an arm punching featherfist in about two rounds. That's gassing out.
Well, this might be the end for Ruiz Jr. Miller with all his blemishes is still a very powerful fighter. If Ruiz Jr can hurt him and if Miller feels his power than Ruiz is in there for a chance.
Can't see the fight happening. Even if the fighters themselves were to want it. It doesn't meet the Top Rank business model (i.e. there has to be something in it for Top Rank). Andy will keep fighting guys he can beat comfortably until a title shot comes along. If you want to see him in a competitive fight without a world championship belt on the line, maybe Bryant Jennings. Can't see him setting foot in the same city as Big Baby, let alone the same boxing ring.
