Jarrett Hurd star power....Where does he rank in the PBC?

He should be ranked higher than 97% of those bums ass cowards at PBC that CST80 listed. At the very top of the food chain in my opinion is Garcia and Hurd only because they are not old fighters who made their entire career before Haymon like Lara or Manny and others and they are willing to fight anyone they can and take some risk.
I would throw in the Polish Prince Fonfara but he retired recently.

 

Hurd argubably PBC's most talented fighter however as far as star ppwer goes he is behind all the fighters CST80 mentioned.

 

I don´t rate Hurd very high. His greatest asset is probably the ability to cut down a massive amount of weight.
Remembers me a lil bit of Chavez Jr.
But I like his style, a tough, durable plodder.

 

Hurd’s style is entertaining and makes for good fights , he should be much bigger.

 

Yeah and when you factor how little amateur experience he had and what he has achieved in such a short space of time as a pro.

40 amateur fights world title holder by his 19th pro fight unified in his 22 second fight.

Compare that to the excuse’s we hear from yardes team.

 

And look how well known Yarde is. Yarde has 39k followers on twitter for fighting binmen and a unified champ like Hurd has only 8. Badly promoted ?

 

Yeah he’s defo badly promoted that’s problem with these pbc fighters they don’t get there face out there anuff they just pop up week or two before there fights.

Wilder seems to be only one who pushes to now keep his face in the public eye.

 

Agreed , wilder is a good self promoter. Sometimes you just need to go and get it.

 

Give it 1-2 years watch how his star power will grow . He's gonna become more popular than the twins
