    Greedy Eddie is gonna give us Connor Benn vs Amir Khan or Kell Brook when Brook/Khan are at the end of their careers, I'd rather see Benn - Ennis or Benn vs Shawn Porter

    So 2 young hot welterweight prospects will probably never meet....all because of GREEDY EDDIE! I feel the young welterweight crop doesn’t get enough recognition.

    People talk a lot of rubbish about Eddie but he is actually one of the very best promoters. He pushes his fighters to fight at the highest level and maximises their earnings. Eddie will guide Conor to the top if his talent permits.

    Benn in an improved fighter but I'm still not sure he is ready for Shawn Porter as he mentioned. Him and Eddie didn't want to mention Vergil Ortiz which might make more sense since he isn't getting a fight with any of the PBC guys or Crawford. Brook and Khan are both shot and Brook shouldn't be fighting at 147 again.

    Why not fight Mikey Garcia, Jessie Vargas or someone realistic like Avanesyan.

    He loses to every single one of those fighters you mentioned mate.

    Avanesyan makes the most sense but I see David stopping Benn.

    I think Ennnnis has a higher ceiling but I wouldn't be surprised if Benn wonn it nnow.

    This is exactly the kind of fight between future stars that needs happen from time to time. Is any fan who follows closely enough to see these guys going to abandon the loser? Probably not, meanwhile the winner's career catches fire and a rematch after both are established is that much more exciting.
