Whats the deal with him? I know very little other than he looks a dick, was a prospect and got starched. And seems pretty unpopular. Can someone give me a brief rundown?

He comes off as an arrogant loudmouth in interviews when talking about himself. Has a big, dumb, goofy face and talks in this hick drone that, if he had more experience, might make you think he was punchdrunk. Keeps talking about all these new skills he's picking up in the gym that he's going to show off and then when the bell rings ambles around throwing wide haymakers with his chin sticking out. Atlas and Tessitore, prior to his KO loss, were trying to hype him as a potential FOTY dance partner for Manny Pacquiao. :-(
boxer? granted, i haven't seen him more than a handful of times but when did he display good boxing? i remember in the lucero fight he tried to jab a little (he got free reign for experimentation since emmanuel simply did not check in, and did not even try to compete that night) and i literally burst out laughing.
well he wasnt that bad he was exciting and had pretty good moves. but as you said before he has the sugar ray clay jones jr defence of having low hands and bouncing in and out as a defence....thus he gets sparked. alright talent wise and is actually pretty good handspeed and is large and not draining alot for the wieght. just chinny and a smacktalker.....:dead
You hit the nail on the head. I can't think of another fighter I want to see get absolutely starched every time I see his face. BTW, sometimes I'm surprised that Joe and Teddy can keep straight faces.
You've hit the nail on the head regarding Litzau. :good He's a grade A china chin, no defense, overhyped JOKE. A KO waiting to happen, again - nothing more.
I saw him againts a mexican fighter 2-3 months ago. The other fighter was **** but Litzau didn't seem that bad.
Litzau is about as far removed from Floyd as you can get in every department except ego. He makes FMJ seem warm and personable.
He looks like a ****** and he sounds like a hillbilly, he's also arrogant and cocky and he's got almost nothing to back it up. His personality is so annoying and grating I just want to stab him to death.
