Javier Capetillo license to train was reinstated. Then according to the CSAC revoked again, or was never reinstated. The CSAC is so screwed up they literally don't know what the hell they're doing. Just like they didn't have a clue whether Margarito's handwraps were legal or illegal. I doubt quite frankly they even have a clue to this day whether the knucklepad in question really had plaster in it. The link I'm about o post is proof of the ineptness of the CSAC to do anything. They actually granted Javier Capetillo his license back in 2014!!! There's even interviews on youtube in Spanish of Capetillo stating he has his license back! The CSAC is just a total screwup and they're not to be trusted in anything they do, including the investigation on whether Margarito wraps were legal or illegal. Here's proof that Margarito and Capetillo didn't get a fair shake from a fair commission. http://www.fightopinion.com/2015/03/19/boxing-javier-capetillo-california-state-athletic-commission/
Good news for Margo, he's a real asset for the Tornado. These are just some of the tools that Capetillo brings to the table: http://islandhopperlandscape.com/imgshop/Image/Masonry Supplies/Masonry16335607 600x600.jpg
Like I said from the start This bull feces was started when that Lying POS Richardson Yelled that PLASTER Blocks had fallen from Margarito's wraps. The CSAC jumped up & banned Capetillo & Margarito on the word of a blatant liar. What happened to those HARD plaster blocks?? Ive asked Richardson & the CSAC neither will answer. Over 2 months later the CSAC offered a pic of a gauze pad as the offending article. Then the lab report on the pad stated It was a used gauze pad with a brown stain on it. After microscopic ****ysis trace elements of sulpher & calcium were discovered which in much larger quantities are indeed ingredients of Plaster. BUT the CSAC failed to add the addendum that both Sulphur & Calcium are also ingredients of HUMAN SWEAT & hand crème. They deemed it HARMLESS The ONLY thing Capetillo did wrong was accidently use a used pad & not a new one, at the worst a technical offense. THe CSAC were left with egg on their faces
I would say you pretty much wrote a fair assessment. The CSAC didn't even bother to ask if the amounts of sulfur and calcium detected in those knucklepads was sufficient to deem them hardened plaster. This commission just pretty much doesn't do their homework. .......if Capetillo just had hired a competent lawyer, he would have just gotten a slap in the wrist for what he did. The CSAC pretty much has messed up every phase of the investigation from the inspector failing to see Capetillo inserting used knucklepads, from that same inspector allowing the Richardson and the Mosley team to handle them before they even got confiscated. All the way up to the lab ****ysis without a thorough explanation of the quantities of sulfur and calcium in them, to now them granting Javier Capetillo a license and then revoking it again when an opposing team to a Capetillo objecting to Capetillo working a corner. Then the CSAC tries to cover it up by saying that they never granted Capetillo a licence but just sent him out a receipt for applying to be reinstated, only their own records show Capetillo to have been reinstated. Just cant really be more inept than that if you tried.:nut
Margarito was completely schooled every fight after the apparently non existent plaster controversy, but clearly just a coincidence that he had no power after nothing was found in his wraps...
This content is protected yeah man, by the time Plasterito finished beating on him Cotto looked like Sloth from The Goonies.
A closer look at the Gauze... What Margarito fan can explain this? https://www.google.com/search?q=pictures+of+margarito+hand+wraps+in+cintron+fight&client=ms-android-hms-tmobile-us&source=lnms&prmd=ivn&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiE7Oej9LjLAhWJKGMKHbDDALAQ_AUIBygB&biw=360&bih=511#imgdii=U3Upkz1XsIz2PM%3A%3BTZ0GMhGzcYUqmM%3A%3BTZ0GMhGzcYUqmM%3A&imgrc=TZ0GMhGzcYUqmM%3A
