    Round 9

Velásquez is laying his left glove against Velásquez's head after chopping in with it and then doubling a right hook into his neck. Fortuna just lumping away, slower now but still the quicker-handed man as fatigue sets in for both. Velásquez bleeding profusely now. Fortuna is swirling his right arm around Velásquez's weak jabbing attempts, deflecting them and walking through him.

    10-9 Fortuna

    90-80 Fortuna

    Round 10

Flurries by Fortuna on an increasingly mobile and wearied Velásquez, who is showing very little in the way of defense. Fortuna is having everything his way, landing the left hand around the guard as Velásquez proffers a light unconvincing jab. Quick body and head flurries by Fortuna rushing in. Russell Mora has seen enough.

    TKO10!

It might be different for them, but it the IBF, who are bit more strict in the rules in mado's/ voluntaries (where you actually have to fight them or will be stripped) I believe that is the case

I'll look into it later but it doesn't sound right to me.
