Raquinel is stamping Kogawa's face with a hard right jab and clapping his third eye with a lacrosse stick left. Kogawa in full retreat mode. Pause to fix loose tape on Raquinel's left glove. Time in, Kogawa now desperately ambushes Raquinel with a series of flurries, looping in wide rights behind the jab, headhunting. Raquinel covers up, starts pecking with the right jab and soon puts him on the run again.

Round 8

Kogawa runs out with a huge can-opener right to answer the bell. Raquinel blocks it and starts hammering with overhand lefts, and Kogawa trots away. Kogawa now carrying his arms low. Kogawa loads up on a slingshot 1-2, giving a slight backward lean of his upper body and then putting all his weight into the combination - but Raquinel goes untouched. Raquinel waits until Kogawa has gotten a few pawing overhands out of his system and then seizes the moment when Kogawa is circling away with his arms low upon retraction - and bangs him with a series of four consecutive hard left hands, the latter two hitting Kogawa while he is standing pat by the ropes, making him crumple.

oof...orange stretcher-board to carry Kogawa out. I'm having PTSD from watching Kovalev vs. Simakov live... hopefully Takuya is okay.
