That is a week of training, so I have a decent idea of what I am capable of at this stage. I will go for Mon-Fri as I thought I would and have the weekends off. All is going well.
I have one confession to make though: I smoked half a pack of cigs after my first big training session with a a lot of coffee. It was the endorphin effect and I like a dopamine kick. Personal note: Get free script for sugarless nicotine gum in case I am hit with a craving like that again.
You mean post exactly what I am doing? If you like. I will be in the gym tomorrow morning. As for the powerlifting advice that was delivered via PM.
Yeah, make it interesting, post some ****. Constructive criticism, and the kiddies telling you your bench is weak and all that good ****.
OK. My training is pretty basic at the moment, and this thread is pretty self-serving. I will spice it up a bit later though.
Can I have the pm with powerlifting advice as well please. I know the basics, like compound moves, reps between 4-6 etc.
The Jazzo report. Jazzo's gym is getting a little re-vamp but it is now completed. In the mean time I have been eating well and doing long walks, push ups and sit ups. Not weighed myself yet, but I can tell that those first few pounds have fallen off. My main weakness at this stage is caffeine.
Caffeine? Why is that a weakness. Long walks... You sure you cant slow jog or anything a little bit more cardio-esque. Its gonna save you time.
As I say, my plan is to be running a decent distance at 250lbs. I don't want to run on hard ground at my weight. Besides, I am looking to get down to a decent weight and stay there, so I do not view it as a race. Edit: Bear in mind that I have been doing literally **** all in terms of exercise of late for reasons not within my control, so even light exercise will help at this stage.
