Good to hear. :thumbsup (funny how coffee and cigs go hand in hand) I like your workout too, it's just what you need at this point to get you in shape and closer to your goal. Keep it up.
Reminds me of a new stop-smoking commercial, where the dude is in a diner, spilling his coffee all over himself. "If you can re-learn how to drink coffee without a cigarette, you can re-learn how to do anything without a cigarette." Pretty true. Pretty much everyone that I know who is a habitual smoker also drinks way too much coffee. Keep it up, Jazzo.
Back doing quite wide gripped pull ups already. Narrow straight bar pull ups are easy, but the very wide grip pull ups are good for the back. Hell for big guys.
hey can I have the pm with the powerlifitng advice as well? thanks a lot man and keep up the good work
hey jazzo you are an inspiration to many boxers out there.. keep it up also what does your diet consist of these days?
Grats on the move Jazzo. Always knew you were a fatty Athletically built women = in shape women who haven't gotten implants yet.. Power builder built = big boned fatty.
I went from 230 to 180 in 8 months by playing basketball 5 hours a day, doing medicine ball sit-ups, crunches, and bridges (go on forearms and toes in almost a push-up position. lift your body off the ground, keep your back straight and tighten your core for 30 seconds, then 20 seconds, 15, and 10). Basketball is a great way to increase a lot of key physical areas.
Oh, my thread is back up. Well, I just used this as initial motivation. It is useless to me now. I blame certain medications for my explosion in weight last year.
I use a hypoglycemic diet because it helps regulate my mood. I have severe mood problems so it is the best type of diet for me.
I will not stop the cardio. I will just keep it up when I start powerlifting again next year, with less emphasis on it. I honestly don't know what my weight is right now but I suspect that I am around 250. Now that I have rid myself of one or two meds that slowed my metabolism down to that of a 45 year old endomorph (that is no joke - I went over the numbers) the weight will fall off me. It will be relatively easy to get down to 230. A little more difficult to get down to 225, but hardly impossible.
Yeah. Most vegetables are eaten raw (as are eggs - yeah, I know the risks) Do not eat any processed or refined crap (****s with serotonin production) Only supplement I use is B Complex. Rarely eat fruit - spikes blood sugar too much. Most can get away with it but I can't.
