DeJesus by decision. He could get JCC's respect enough to outbox him in a fast close fight. Chavez coming on at the end but coming up short.
Agreed, DeJesus was able to hit Duran, a far better defensive fighter than Chavez, Chavez has a good chin but Estaban could crack enough to slow his assault to win.
De Jesus was great, but so was Chavez, a great fight. I'd lean towards De Jesus, doesn't get the credit he deserves. Duran - De Jesus 2 probably my favourite fight to watch, awesome non stop great quality action!
I don't think duran was a better defensive fighter at that time. He was more wild and raw, leaving himself off position constantly, which de jesus was able to exploit. Chavez was a better defensive fighter and would beat de jesus in a clear hard fight.
