    He will never fight at 160 again, is my prediction.

    from what I've read he's supposed to fight Vera at 165, but I have serious doubts whether he can even make that weight

    The fight's already been moved from August to September, wouldn't be surprised if it's cancelled altogether or if Vera ends up accepting a 170lb catch weight. Either way it's going to take quite a bit of diuretics to get Chavez down near that weight.

    For a fight with Canelo. I highly doubt he will fight at MW ever again. Atleast this is good news and the Chavez Jr vs Martinez rematch won't be made. That means that GGG vs Martinez has a higher problability of happening.

    Sr. in his prime knew getting inside a ring was serious business.

    I think Jr. knows that as well, but because he's the son of a legend, he's allways had what he wanted.

    He loves to eat and when you're a lover of food, training becomes difficult.

    Chavez Jr. should just fight as a heavyweight or retire.

    What a dissapointment as I believe he does have sufficient skill to compete at a high level if he was diciplined to follow a strict diet and rigorous training camp.
