You do? Then you really need to study the moves of the sweet science
more. Jr can't spell fight. His punches are clumsy and long and extremely
telegraphable. His fundamentals are lacking and forget about any finesse
or subtle movement. The kid fights like a ****** that's so tough you need
a 2X4 to hurt him, and that's the only reason he's had this much success.
That and his crooked handlers who get him fights in dodgy commissions
that let him cheat. Kids a clubfighter and nothing more.

 

He'll be fine. Remember Ricky Fatton. He would cut down to 140 from 180-190 in less that 2 months.

Sure he has skill, how much is unknown.

If you actually read my prior post I said that imo he had "sufficient" skill to "compete" at a high level.

Man could'nt get off or throw shots against Martinez. Its not a secret Chavez was skipping days of training and training when he felt like it.

Chavez is fully capable if he applies himself.
He got booed after a fight with Matt Vanda in his own country when he gassed and gave an attrocious effort down the stretch.
So disgusted were the Mexican's he got booed and thrown bottles out of the ring.
That experience actually motivated Jr. that he actually focused and trained to fight the same Vanda in his next fight. Appying skill and actually training to use the jab, take advantage of his height and reach, he dominated Vanda to a clear win UD!
Its the difference between a Chavez Jr. who trains and has a gameplan, and one that just trains when he wants and wings it once he gets in the ring.
