Di Bellas is rhumored to be working on this. Also on his twitter recently.
Could be undercard to Macklin V Martinez for march 17th MSG.
WHO have you got at 160 here?

In all honesty I think its a 50/50 fight. Chavez boxed well in parts against against Manfredo but gets sucked into brawls easily. Lee's defense is terrible putting it plainly but I think Lee has the better skills of the two. If Lee gets his defense sorted and throws more combinations then he beats Chavez.

Roach will fancy this. So will Steward. Not sure Arum will though.

I like Lee. I'd be rooting for Lee, but I think Chavez would overpower him.

Lee was mentioned as a possible opponent at Chavez Jr.'s last press conference. Would be a good scrap, and I think Chavez Jr. would stop Lee.

Lee wide decision/Late TKO, two weeks ago Chavez was badly underrated on here now he is grossly overrated on here...

both have **** defenses but great power and solid chins

it really is one of those fights where its whoever folds first rather than whoever has the better skills wins

however lee is the most inconsistent fighter i've ever seen.every good performance is almost always followed by a bad one and lo and behold his last performance against vera was the best performance of his career (which i've followed since 09) which makes me fear whether or not the improvements to his defense, ring generalship and accuracy that he showed in the fight will be absent in his next fight

therefore i pick chavez by late tko, probably a ropes stoppage

Lee has a good chance as long as Boxes like he can and doesn't try to brawl with him

Chavez Jr. isn't great, but Andy Lee has such a lackluster skill-set. Jr's offense is better than Lee's defense, and Jr's defense is better than Lee's offense. I see Chavez stopping him with pressure. Lee can't outbox him, nor can he out-fight him.

    Definition of a War.

I got Lee UD on heart, grit, will.... resulting in effective aggression, something Junior is not used to.

It's not like Zbik, Lyell and Manfredo were offense-minded like Lee is.

He's better at boxing and should stop trying to brawl. Look at the difference between his two fights with Vera - boxed brilliantly in the 2nd

That's a misconception. His only two fights that turned into brawls were McEwan and Vera 1. He's boxed and controlled the fight in all of his other fights bar the last round against Belgecham. You could count the rounds he has lost in all his other fights combined on one hand.

I know one thing for sure, if Andy wants to win that belt, he'll need a knock out.
