****s me off when people say that ...like they are trying to justify their favourite s being drug cheats...everyone's on drugs man.....Nate ****in Diaz told me so.....fuuuuck off lol

 

It´s also the audacity to say that everyone is so morally corrupt. And then the argument tends to go to: "well, the top athletes are all clearly on PED´s, there is just too much money involved." Even then, you will always have some people who are just virtuous and righteous. You can´t paint everyone with the same brush.
Maybe in some other sports where say speed is the deciding factor. Well, of course one would want that extra bump. But it´s not the case in boxing. It´s a skill based sport.

Nonito Donaire has been on year long random testing since 2012 or something. He never had to sign up and he could have stopped at any time in recent years. But he kept going despite no one even paying attention to it.

...tbf Shane does come off as somewhat 'aw shucks' trusting and guileless (as does Jean) but this is asking for a level of suspension of disbelief that borders on buying the kayfabe of WWF in the late 80s/early 90s (ie Taker having supernatural powers)

He's old, body breaking down, desperate to perform at his best. Doesn't mean he cheatdd his whole career. In fact he would've gotten caught for sure cause he's not very good at it.

 

What about Donaire? First dude to sign up for 365 day random testing. But also was among the first if not the first to hire Conte into the boxing fold.

 

Like I said no exceptions. Victor Conte worked directly with Barry Bonds and he was the most frequent tested athlete in the world during his home run explosion seasons and he never failed a drug test during those years.

The only time he failed a drug test was in 2000 when MLB did a random test on everybody to survey how bad of a steroid problem that they have. There was no consequences because it was only for research purposes. So the years we know he used for sure like when he hit 73 HRs and after, he NEVER failed a drug test despite being tested every other day. Guess who bragged and took pride in his steroid formula going undetected by the drug testing organizations? Yep VICTOR CONTE.

 

Is SNAC run by Victor Conte? Doesn’t Devin Haney have some connection to that too?

 

Yep that’s why I said Mikey and etc.. that was for the SNAC guys. Again the thought of a guy who openly gloated about his supplements and formulas going undetected by stringent drug testing agencies for so long cannot be ever trusted.
