   "Binding" or not doesn't matter. GYM took a bunch of $$$$$$$$ from HBO to SHO in the Stevenson move, so HBO won't be listening to them anytime soon.
   
   Does Main Events have their fighters on Showtime cards? Nope. TR with HBO / GBP with SHO, also applies to small promoters like ME and GYM.

   HBO knows it is Al Haymon and Stevenson and has (almost) nothing to do with the way GYM does business.
