Don't think he's ready for the world level right now.

His poor showing in January will have to be rectified if he is to gain any notoriety - here's his chance to make or break his career. Hope he wins.

Boy will get his ass handed to him if he fights anyone at 168lbs with a pulse. Stick him in with Denis Inkin - He had to pull out of fights with Froch & Inkin will gladly clock Pascal in a few rounds...

We will know tomorrow if Jermain Taylor goes for Froch or not. If he dosen't, Pascal chooses between Froch for the WBC or obscur Karoly Balsay(18-0-0) for the WBO.

They also say RJJ - Calzaghe is for October 4th or 11th.

Hopefully that rotator cuff is full healed. I don't want a canadian Jeff Lacy.

I think Pascal is good enough to win a belt at 168.

Us here in Montreal know that Pascal's promoter (GYM) is just drooling at the thought of some day matching Pascal to Bute to unify the belts in Montreal, if Pascal can get one..

Pascal wasn't too impressive when he and Miranda both fought on the same card. Looks like he got hit way to much and was visibly shook several times by a journeymen. He needs another fight or two before fighting for a title but I guess most fighters would jump at the chance at a title rather than perfecting their trade first. I think Pascal could be good but not if he jumps in with top contenders at this time. Also think he gets discouraged quickly if he doesn't knock his opponent out. i would recommend some more work and confidence boosters before stepping up to a world-class level

Incerdible, this guy is no way near the level of a belt holder. So my wish could come true. Give Pascal a belt and then fill Bell Center and have Bute give him a ride. Pascal never ever fought a decent opponent, and the 3 or 4 last bouts were against nobodies.

But, he kept going up in the standings...... why?

I guess politics are alive and well today in boxing, because you don't offer a world title to someone with such a record. Anyway, I still hope he wins a belt, so that Bute can take it away from him and then face Kessler, who should put his hands on 2 belts also, and then make a mega unification bout between Bute and Kessler.

These guys are the real champions who deserve the money and fame, not a paper champ who could'nt even get past Miranda.

    Enough said. :patsch
