Pascal has only been stopped by Kovalev but seems to get a rep for a guy with a weak chin. he made bivol look boring but lost 9 rounds. can he go 12 with browne?
Yep. Favoring Browne, but it would be a tough outing for him with a lot of clinching and spoiling, and a decent chance for a slight upset. I would vbet on Pascal for sure for this one.
Pascal was very underrated in this forum. He was the first to beat Dawson when Dawson was in the top 10 p4p but it get's no credit. that was years removed.. I want to say I can see a way where Pascal wins, removing the Jack fight I'd see it closer but browne destroyed jack. I hope Pascal can show he can go 12 still vs someone so high. hell he did it vs bivol who is heaps better!
browne by easy ud or late stoppage... once this is over someone find the place gvozdyk is hiding in to protect his belt from browne and get his ass in the ring with browne
Who knows how the Browne/Jack fight ended without that nasty cut. Jack usually raises his level in the later rounds. Browne looked solid but he is still a prospect and wasn't able to take out a blind Jack which eyes where full of blood and he couldn't see anything. Brownes power might be overrated. Pascal can take a punch and he can box, from the outside and in the pocket. We'll see how this goes but i would slightly favor Browne via decision. But Pascal has it to make this a competitive fight.
Pascal is pretty the Zab Judah of the Light Heavyweight division now. This fight doesn't do anything Browne, I would have rather seen him against someone else.
Pascal never had a good work rate. I don't want to say he impressed me with Bivol but he hurt bivol slightly and wasn't hurt himself once and this was years after the two Kovalev kos chances are the stoppages are what helped Pascal carry on. f im just going by ring rankings
For whatever Ring rankings is or isn't worth , they ranked him #10 after he got a decision over Hop in 2012. As LHW he was the lineal champ.
