Navarrete is sticking a high 1-2, waiting and timing Diaz when he comes in ripping low hooks. Navarrete is scoring light jabs, falling away into a crouch, and getting hit with body shots and strapped across the jaw with right hands. Navarrete is landing the 1-2 but not slowing Diaz.

Navarrete is hit with right hands and backed across the ring while paddling out a jab from the chest. Body jab by Diaz. Navarrete ducks and steps around Diaz, moving left, throwing a combo on the belt. Heavy right hand dropped in by Diaz. Navarrete shoeshines the stomach. Jab by Diaz backing Navarrete up. Diaz is leaning forward, covering up as Navarrete flurries up from a crouch. Diaz places a jab on the nose. BIG right hand by Diaz, spinning Navarrete's head around while he is backing up, knees bent. Diaz is throwing powerful rights, straight and looped. Navarrete is working the jab exclusively, flashing it out as he circles wide. Quick hook by Navarrete as he turns Diaz. BIG combo off a lulling set-up double jab, uppercut on the face and left hook on the liver by Diaz -and Navarrete is down, writhing under the bottom rope!! Mere seconds left in the round! Navarrete doesn't want to get up! He can't!

Pascal vs. George fell through a while ago.

Here's the story: it was supposed to be Pascal vs. George in the co-feature and Bute vs. Bolonti in the main event. Bute pulled out, and George's team hadn't yet even finalized the deal with Pascal on paper and there were rumors of them pulling out. Pascal's team got tired of waiting on them and took up the offer to face Bolonti instead, since he was ready to fight on the card anyway in the original main event and willing to make the deal without hemming and hawing about it.
