Love Pascal, looking forward to him fghting again, even if I only get 2 hours sleep before I have to go to work. I reckon he stops Branco mid-late, rounds 7-10.

 

yep, Silvio's an old man who's been knocked out by lesser opponents as many have mentioned. Easy title defense for Pascal. I predict a KO8. On to the next one baby, hopefully we can see Pascal-Cloud in a unification bout sometime early next year!

 

Is Pascal wins he fights Diaconu in December/Jan. Then Cloud gets his arse handed to him when he fights Pascal.

It was written in the contract that Pascal defends against a mandatory and then fights Diaconu if Diaconu wants it.

 

that would be a major step back for Pascal imo, hopefully he can get a unification with Cloud and then get it in with Dawson.

 

After this fight with Branco if he wins, he will fight with Elvir Muriqi in his first voulnetary defance. The both teams agree for this fight to happen in the early year of 2010.

 

People in Montreal and Interbox who Co-promotes pascal and fully promotes diaconu want to see it. Plus it was a dam good fight the first time. I imagine that Pascal will be better then ever now that he's a champ so maybe he puts on an even better show. plus I don't think he's ready for Dawson and he probably needs another year to fully adjust to the new wieght. So all and all its a move that makes sense, will please most people and help his development. So I'm okay with it.

 

seriously? Cause I did hear something about Diaconu not wanting to fight him.

 

Diaconu was at last week's presser for Pascal vs Branco and he reiterated his desire to face Jean Pascal in a rematch.

 

He's fighting Diaconu in December if he wins, so by next year he's free for whatever they can get him...

 

Good to know. Also given that he was at the presser and he's promoted by the same crew you can pretty much bet they'll fight again.

On Branco, Pascal is actually a pretty small LH and there will be a real size disadvantage in this fight. Something that wasn't the case against Diaconu. I'll be interested to see if that affects pascal. If it does then you can pretty much kiss his chances of beating some of the top dawgs in the division good by.
