Pasal knew that he couldn't go in and stop Froch and Diaconu as both have solid chins. It would have been foolish for him to have taken that approach with either. It's foolish to do the same thing now but he has a better chance of executing it against an old warhorse like Branco whose best days are behind him.
Round 1: Branco 10-9 Pascal froze. Landed about 6 punches the whole round. But two sets of good 1-2's at the end of the round. I'll give it to Branco though.
Round 2: 10-9 Pascal Hate to say this about on of my favourite ighters, but he's looking very poor. A few good power punches won him the round, that is all.
Round 3: 10-9 Branco Tough round to score. Branco battered Pascal no the ropes for a bit mid round but Pascal came back strong catching Branco with some big shots about 4 times.
Round 4: 10-9 Pascal He looks absolute crap doing it and a the end of the round tangles with Branco and pushes him down. Branco does the typical Italian thing and play acts trying to get Pascal DQ. Sorry, Pascal hit him behind the head, not hard though. Pascal's round? 10-8?
