haha thanks Nicky. I should say though, this isn't my upload, I just found it on youtube. But isnt it awesome? I never seen the long version before this video also reveals all the action that was really going on during the clinches
right, like the old footage of johnson's fights seems odd at times because of the weird speed of the footage. it allways seems like frames are missing so certain parts look sped up.
Johnson might have been ahead of his time at heavyweight, but he showed nothing new that wasn't used by lower weights before him.
Did anyone recognise the referee in that one?? Harry Wills if I'm not mistaken - showed his strength in man-handling Jeanette too - think Johnson could've toyed with the two of them at the same time in the same ring if he wanted to though
