This is a tricky one as Chucho was a tough dude and fought everyone and probably has the better individual wins with Olivares, Medel, Herrera, Caraballo and Pimentel. He very much learned on the job working his way up through the ranks, picking up losses here and there. Anyone who goes 44 rounds with Rockaby Ruben as well as 15 with Lionel Rose will pose Chandler problems. However I am leaning towards Jeff here, I feel he is both tough and a master boxer and I am feeling he could win a close decision on pure skills alone.
