This would be a fun one to watch between two guys that didn't like to take a backward step. I think most would be inclined to go with Harding but I would lean towards the pre Calzaghe/shoulder issue Lacy that was crushing guys like Robin Reid, Syd Vanderpool etc. Even though Harding fought at 175 I believe Lacy was the bigger and stronger man. All that said, this is a close fight and I could very well see Harding outwork Lacy and win a decision but Lacy was at his best against come forward types like Harding. Speed and movement (Calzaghe) was his kryptonite.
I think lacy was a better boxer but Jeff was durable, persistent and hard hitting. I think he catches Lacy at some point
