Two former LHW champions that get forgotten. Who wins?

I think Rossman had better skills but harding had raw toughness. Might go with Rossman via decision.

If you ever get a chance, watch Jeff Hardings fights with Dennis Adries, particularly the first two out of three. I don't know if they're on youtube or not, but those were action packed fights. Rossman wasn't quite as exciting to watch, but he had some good showings too.

I'm almost positive that the first Harding-Andries fight is on Youtube. Yup, just checked actually. It is.

I'm guessing you're a newbie to the sport. If so, I like the fact that you're posting on this section of the forum. You'll learn about the sport a lot faster on here.

Stay away from the General Forum, where 90% of the posters are ******s who think Khan, and Canelo are great fighters.

You should. The 70's, and 80's had the deepest talent pool in the sport's history.

I like Harding here by a tight decision his will to win and sheer guts might just push him over the line .

Yep the 70 & 80 are the bollocks watch as much as you can

The 90s also had an extremely deep talent pool.

It wasn't until the 00s that the overall talent level began to decline.

Rossman was a clear level above Harding who was just a tough guy with tons of heart.

Good post :goodI deeply agree, and the early 90's were pretty strong too..

For me the golden days of boxing went from about 1971 to 1995...
After 2000 it really went down, a lot of the top guys only fight once or twice a year, and the top tier fighters, pad their records by beating 11-15 forklift drivers, who train on beer and smokes, because they are too afraid to lose their bull**** 0...:verysad

    No doubt about it.
