Pac beat Horn and it wasn't even close. Arum is the one who caused the criminal judges to give the fight to Horn. Horn got a lot of points for holding, head butting, wrestling, getting hit, almost getting stopped. Horn needs to learn how to fight legally.............................even with cheating he still lost the fight.............

 

What really happened was cheapskate Duco who never wanted to pay decent money for decent opponents when Parker and Horn were on the way up eventually ran out of money and called Bob to the rescue. They have no money and have taken Parker and Horn as far as they can. I don't know what kind of a deal they have but Arum is putting up the money and holds sway. Horn was part of the deal and it just needed Arum to take a look at him to see if he could do anything with him. Without Arum Horn would still be struggling for recognition in boxing minow New Zealand and would never have got to fight Pacquiao. Horn is from Australia which is not recognised as a strong boxing country and fights out of an even less strong NZ. He is trained by a trainer who is known more as a martial arts trainer and is now a world champion after beating a legend of the ring (dubiously). His monumental rise can be put down almost entirely to Arum has done.
