Manny will finish what he started in the 9th round he now know you need a knock out to get a draw in Australia.

 

As opposed to the fair and unbiased run Horn would get in the Philippines??

I understand you think Manny won but stop making out that Australian boxing is more corrupt than anywhere else..

There has been more dodgy decisions in Vegas than anywhere else yet you seem to have your anti Australian blinkers on as per usual...

 

I am not just talking about dodgy decisions, Australian boxing goes much deeper than that with fixed fights like Green Briggs, dodgy catch weights, hotel room weigh ins, illegal hand wraps, no drug testing, referees helping the home fighters, changing fights from 12 rounders to 10 rounders in the middle of the fight. All of this has happened and more in Australia, and as a proud Australian citizen I am sick of it.

 

There have been far and away more dodgy decisions and fixes elsewhere. Anyone who even remotely follows the sport knows that.

But this is a case of a poster in absolute damage control, desperately clamoring for a conspiracy theory to try and mask their shockingly incorrect prediction on the fight.

His misguided little mate KelandBeave is probably still trying to pretend the fight he said would never, ever happen, didn't.

 

Jeff Horn is a very tough fighter. I noticed this at the very beginning of Horn/Pac fight and thought after the end of round 1 that it's not gonna be easy at all for Pac to beat Horn. Now, I am looking forward to watching their rematch.

 

Majority of experts had Manny winning. Damage control is what the WBO did with their supposed re scoring of the fight.

 

6 of the 8 official judges who scored the bout had Horn the winner and 1 had it a draw.

Horn UD12 is the official result and always will be. Time you got used to it.

 

The official result was a robbery, it is a known fact by anyone who follows boxing that robberies happen, this was one of those times unfortunately. The result will always be questioned. Time you got used to it.

 

Horn won and no amount of whinging, whining, crying a river or inventing conspiracy theories is ever going to change that.

I know the result won't change, it rarely does in boxing (unless failed drug tests)
But as a boxing fan it is my right to voice my disgust on this great forum which I will continue to do.

The fight was pretty close once all was said and done, I wasn't too sure but kind of expected Manny to win on the grounds of "If in doubt, the defending champ gets the benefit of it" HOWEVER that's because the scoring needs to be based on what fighting was allowed to occur in the ring.

I think Jeff Horn should have been stopped, warned and possibly even points deducted for some of his tactics which the onus is on the ref to do - not the judges. I reckon the advantages which Horn gained from getting away from that were what got him into the fight enough to make there be any case for him winning, if he were fighting a clean fight I think he'd probably have lost BUT his stock will probably have gone up more than have with this outcome.... it'd have been more of a Rocky vs Creed 1.0 type outcome.
