Horn did beat Pac tho (and I think despite the half-hearted outcry - a thousandfold quieter than after Pac vs. Bradley I, speaking volumes - ultimately he will be vindicated on this front by the passage of time). If you're coming at this with a Pac fan agenda you're shooting yourself in the foot by rooting against Horn. That would mean Pac lost to a guy that lost to Gaye freaking Corcoran.
