Jeff Lacy vs Antonio Tarver. Who wins?

I pick Tarver. Lacy was always overrated and the Calzaghe beating and operation have just made worse. Tarver looks done too, but I just give him and edge.

 

I'd love to see Lacy knock Tarver the **** out, but he hasn't looked so good. I think Tarver gets a slim decision.

Lacy looked terrible against Manfredo, he seems to have regressed and is no longer the same fighter he was before he fought Calzaghe. Tarver maybe in decline but he is still too good for this version of Lacy. I can't see Lacy hurting Tarver and with Tarver's southpaw stance and better skills he should win a UD.

 

Tarver would handle Lacy. Probably by KO.:smoke :smoke

 

Both are fractions of what they were a few years back, but Lacy, to me, looks shot. He can't let his hands go any more. Tarver UD or late TKO

 

Yeah right, Lacy looked like CRAP on the FINAL undercard fight before the Mayweather fight.........(damn, I still can't get that hour of my life back) and Tarver just scored a 4th round knockout........

It's just asinine and I see why this board loses respect because of terrible posts like this....

 

If Tarver makesa it the distance I see him winning on points.

 

Look, Lacy was coming back from a nasty injury and a layoff when he fought Manfredo. He didn't look great, but to write him off at this point seems unfair.Tarver , on the other hand, hasn't looked good since he knocked out Jones, but even that win has been put into perspective since then...Jones was washed up. Tarver struggled against Elver Merqui , who makes Manfredo look like Billy Conn. At this point, Lacy beats Tarver, and beats him good.

 

Yeah and I also watched and PAID for that 12 round abomination that Lacy was a part of on December 8.......

I'll take Tarver EASILY, I mean Peter "Freakin" Manfredo could have won that fight if his "lame" ass would've let his hands go.............

And for the record, I don't nuthug, I can love a fighter and still say they're going to lose, much like that guy to my left...............:good
