He did look poor, but more than anything he looked to have a bit of ring rust. His timing and footwork were shocking, but I reckon he needs more rounds.

Don't supposed getting spanked by Calzaghe helped much but he should still be able compete, there is no reason he can't be the banger he used to be.

 

i agree he looks a bit rough since calzaghe but with power like his hes always going to be a threat to anybody but in saying that if he doesnt improve the good boxers in the division eg. mundine ,kessler would beat him just as easy as calzaghe did.i think good fights for him who are highly rated would be people like bika or froch

 

you're living in a fantasy world if you think Beyer has a shot in hell against Lacy.

Lacy - Manfredo was a tune-up. He will look much better in his next fight.

 

He won but as you can tell by the (accurate) comments here, he didn't impress. SMW is a strong division right now and he can't compete in it.
