For some reason Mayweather's work ethic is always lost in the reasons to why he is so good and why he is able to beat most when its probably the #1 reason.

Notice how people with legendary work ethic become extremely successful at there craft.

    To name a few

    Jerry Rice

In order to beat Mayweather you are going to have to work as hard as him in the gym and most guys can't do that.

Same thing with Pac which is why he is able to accomplish things most fighters don't or can't.

Part of the work ethic is actually fighting. One fight a year won't cut it when he is facing real threats, fighters comfortable @ the weight and in top shape, not off layoffs. Victor will be the best conditioned and most prepared to go 12 rounds at 147 he has ever faced.

Floyd Sr: "Ima' tell you somefin, FLOYD SPARRIN PARTNERS AINT NUFFIN, THEY AINT ****... How is little floyd gon' get ready for a real fight with sparrin partners like that? Guys he can put beatings on and then shake they hands and stuff like that, c'mon man.. you need someone who tries to get in you ass and stuff, not someone who is happy being a punching bag.. you need real sparring when you're a champion, not somebody whos there to make you feel good, you know".

Looks like Mayweather is going to try to put a Gatti-esqe beatdown on Victor.

Mayweather Sr. said his sparring partners aren't ****, and that he needs to find better ones for Ortiz and may be at risk at overlooking him.
