Wrong. He's never been a devastating puncher nor is he right now. He knocked guys out from punches that they didn't see coming. You can go back to the Barrera, Morales and Mab fights to see the same thing happening. It's always been his speed and his ability to punches together at unexpected moments.

Look at the Clottey fight and look how small Manny looked. Pacquiao could not hurt Clottey either. For a guy who is a "devastating puncher" you'd think he would have hurt the guy with 1200 punches.

Manny is a very good puncher, but it's not due to his stregnth, it's his speed and the leverage he puts into his shots. And more importantly it's the placement of his shots. Think of a prime Mike Tyson - a small heavyweight beating up bigger guys. It's the same principle.

Floyd Mayweather, who was 106 pound at 16 years old (same as Manny) and has moved up as far as 154, and carried up his speed and looks like a full-fledged welterweight, with 100% lean muscle - is every bit as suspicious of being on PED's as Manny Pacquiao.

Clottey barely threw a punch and just covered up the whole time. It's hard to hurt a guy who's playing defense the whole time.

Exactly. Which is why Manny knocks out guys like Hatton and Cotto who come forward and let their hands go.

He's not a devestating puncher. He actually had one-shot power at 122 and below, and when he started moving up, the majority of his knockouts came by way of extreme accumulation.

Also, his handspeed has CLEARLY decreased. I have no idea why people are saying that he INCREASED his handspeed as he went up in weight.

Where do people base this increasing power bull****?

He hit David Diaz with everything before finally stopping him in the ninth round,he hit a shot Oscar with everything and didnt even drop him,it took him 12 rounds to stop Cotto and it was a case of the referee thinking Cotto didnt have nothing left, rematch with JMM only dropped him once and was never close to stop him, surely a devastating puncher would've stopped these guys early in those fights after he had already hit them with his best punches.

Its not a fluke that Pac has a better KO percentage now than before 130lbs

His skill accuracy, boxing brain, finishing technique, time and pretty much everything else has vastly improved, he always had the power!!, no drug can give you that.

    Poor lil floyd LOL

Look at Robert Duran's record at welterweight and above. Not the same as him at lightweight. This comparison doesn't work if you are trying to prove a point.

I think the main reason Pac's being accused NOW is becoz he didnt agree w the random tests. people say extracting blood using needles doesnt affect anyone that much especially for athletes like Pac, they feel people like Pac are immune to phobias. Why the hell would pac agree to random blood testing when it's absolutely not required and is too risky to take - it would deprive him his 100% CONDITION BOTH IN TRAINING AND ACTUAL FIGHT - which is the key for victory over floyd.
