This is a really good fight. Bad thing for Keith is that he's physically now post prime and he's just not active enough. I don't think Boots will stop him, Keith is extremely savvy concerning movement and avoiding the ending blow. Keith is definitely gonna test his chin.

    Ennis by very competitive UD12

Huge respect to Keithy if he does take it when injury-ravaged, semi-shot, and having been so inactive because the champs don't want none of that Super Boots smoke. They so worried they've finally decided to stop playing the barking dogs either side of the fence game and started talking seriously about fighting each other and then it's up to '54 thanks very much.

I like this fight, unfortunately I don't think Thurman will like it much. His body will not do well in this fight. His experience and ring savy should make it interesting though.

Keith "One time I was a boxer" Thurman fighting Boots? Ain't never gonna happen.

Thurman doesn't want that fight. If he takes it and that "if" is huge, Thurman will sustain an injury by over training due to fear or get knocked the hell off the map at 147 by stepping into the ring with that monster.

    Ennis ko late.

I'll be surprised if Thurman takes on Ennis!

High risk, and little reward - except maybe the respect for beating a young lion. But Can't see that being what Thurman will be caring about much at this point, he will be looking for the green or a belt - most likely both. But of course he ain't getting that if Bud & Spence do get it sorted.

Crazy how time flies. This feels like yesterday, now Thurman is that old guy with a name that won't fight the young hungry lion.

    Thurman was a punk then,
    , and he's a punk now.

Guy's scarcely shown any interest in boxing Spence, who's been an equal name (much bigger, truthfully) for the last several years. It would be completely out of character for him to even consider this fight.

Signing to face Ennis, let alone beating him, would cause me to dramatically revise my opinion of Thurman. But he won't.
