Source from a site that talks boxing:

SE: I have heard that your brother, Big Floyd, does not like your nephew, Little Floyd, to fight southpaws, and Big Floyd is the real reason why the [Pacquiao-Mayweather] mega fight has not happened.

JM: "Big Floyd has always felt that way about southpaws, but he does feel that Lil Floyd will beat Manny. The real reason the fight has not been made is because Manny has not agreed to random blood testing."

SE: He has agreed to to a seven-day cut off
    This content is protected
Shouldn't that be enough if the fall out happened before over 14 days?

JM: "Lil Floyd wants random all the way up to the fight."

SE: Ok, let me ask is blood testing something that you suggest your own fighters to ask for?

JM: "No I don't do it with my own fighters."

SE: All right enough of that, thanks alot for the interview Jeff I really appreciate it

    JM: "No problem, thank you."

    You're ****ing stupid.

This has been brought up so many times.

Pac agrees to it after Floyd says no cut off.
Pac then lies to media saying he agrees to all his terms.
    24/7 proves he didnt.

I don't see how he's being "owned"; he's only being honest. Just because Floyd Jr. would make a demand doesn't mean that Jeff has to necessarily agree with making the same demands unless he feels there's something to be suspicious of.

Obviously the Mayweathers feel that Pacquiao's recent performances are reason to suspect he's taking PED's.

So where is he owned? I guess I'm not following it in the same context as you were. What exactly was he owned on?

He admitted that the drug test is only for Pacquiao, and not for his fighters. I thought this family has a crusade to clear boxing.

Find a quote of Jeff specifically saying he believes that, then he gets owned, until then, you're still ****ing stupid.

There was a point when Pac agreed to a 7 day cut off but Floyd went on vacation and lost the urge to fight.

Man, you're sooooo slow and ****in clueless. The family adheres to whatever Floyd says. Floyd said he wants to clear boxing.

So, who's so unreasonable now? Does he really want to fight or just simply scared?

I believe Team Pac knew Mayweather's team would insist on ridiculous drug testing and they know Pac wouldn't give a **** anyway so they played the game. Instead of fully agreeing to Floyd's demands, they started negotiating to a certain date because they knew if they just keep saying YES to all of Floyd's demands, they ( Team Floyd ) will find another reason to derail the fight. Now that Mayweather Sr. heard that Pac has agreed to full drug testing, he is now mentioning that there should be a member of Team Mayweather to watch Pacquiao spar and train and to follow Pacquiao wherever he goes and watch whatever he does and report back to Mayweather. Of course Pac can do this too but who has heard something like this in the sport?

yea, i dont get this. jeff has absolutely no say on what floyd does. and he is not part of his camp. and if you think all the mayweathers are always in agreement with what the others do, you are delusional. furthermore, because they suspect manny is on something, the demands are made. in pelenchin's fight this weekend, for example, nobody thinks litzau is juicing. therefore no demands. on top of that, manny and floyd would be one of, if not the biggest fight in history. so there are a lot more precautions being made
