Jose Luis Castillo is one of the great Mexican champions in the history of Mexico, you don't know anything about boxing if you think Antonio Margarito is a greater fighter than a prime Jose Luis Castillo, Castillo was taught by the master Julio Cesar Chavez.

Castillo is greater and better. And it's not only because of his fights with Mayweather so I did not respond to the poll.

It is a ridiculous comparison.

 

I think its very possible Floyd would have landed at will on Margarito all night, but as far as destroying his face like that.... i don't think so. But Floyd's punch stat would have been well over 60%

 

Prime Castillo is a very underrated fighter. Same guy that pretty much beat Floyd, prime Casamayor, Julio Diaz, and Stevie Johnston, one of the best technical southpaws at 135 who also beat Floyd in the amateurs. Pacman only beat David Diaz and now he demolishes prime Castillo? I don't think it would be that easy. I like Pacman, but if it wasn't an easy fight for Floyd in both fights it's not going to be easy for Pacman or any LW in history.

Castillo may be slightly better than Marg from a technical standpiont but Marg would be Castillo b/c he's bigger. JLC isn't a great fighter...never was. Neighter is Marg, but to me their careers are very similar...from their accomplishments to their style...Marg is jsut bigger and more rugid.

 

I'm sorry I didn't mean castillo would dominate pacman to win a shut out, what I meant is that he'd KO him inside of 3 rounds

Floyd would indeed beat the **** out of margacheato, In fact I wouldn't be surprised if it looked like the Gatti fight, Margo just isn't very good at all. LMAO at the idiots comparing Castillo to Margo, no comparison at all IMO.
