The "cos i dont like you very much" comment was sarcastic.

i stand by my other points. I didn't like Jeff's post because I felt it implied the bosses/ceo's and people at the top don't do any work. in my expirience they do and you just don't realise or they have worked so hard in there 30s,40s and now they are able to delegate more and reap the rewards from there hard work. to me Jeffs comment took on a negative connotation by with the comment about other people not working hard. just worry about yourself.

Jeff was clearly having a moan or a pop despite what he says. if somebody wants to blow there money on a porshe its up to them.


"‎99/100 the guy driving the Porshe has worked his ass off and it still the hardest working in the company" is the most true comment in that conversation.

 

That last comment from Chinny had me creasing.

You can generally tell which type each person falls into, also.

The person that cherishes the Porsche is probably the one that has worked their nuts off to get to that level, whereas the one whining about it's interior, sensitive brakes etc is probably the twat who was born with the silver spoon or was the boss's pet project.

You see it at every decent sized company - there are those that succeed despite their superior's best efforts to keep them down, and those that ''succeed'' because they're favoured for no apparent reason.

 

Sarcasm doesn't always necessarily come across properly online, unfortunately.

Just set up the Democratic Republic of Jeff and kill all those who disagree. Use a gun though, the fists probably ain't going to cut it.

Jeff sorry if my comment annoyed you but it really was in jest. your response to it was to say "hahaha" so i thought you got the joke.

if you had an issue you should have private messaged me on facebook or ESB.

Some of the comments on here our actually pathetic. when i come onto this forum i speak about strictly boxing. i don't insult people and bring personal things into it (except with beetson)

for those who want to say nasty comments about my girlfriend, post a picture of yours or even the last girl you ****ed and we can do a comparison.

i await an apology from jeff for starting this thread and paticularly those of you who felt the need to insult my girlfriend who has no bearing on what i do or say on this forum or my conversation with jeff.

 

they have to be favoured for something. are you watching what these people do every moment of the day?

either way focus on yourself and dont be envious of others peopels success whether they deserve it or they dont.

I was just making a general observation, that's all.

I've been around enough people to know which ones genuinely did it all themselves - either with a lot of hard work or a bit of a leg up, those that hung off other people's coat tails and those who's success simply can't be explained.

It's not of any real consequence to me, I'm relatively happy with my lot, but sometimes you can't help but have more respect for some successful people than others.

Likewise people that are unfortunate, if they've given it all they've got and haven't succeeded, they deserve an arm round them. Those that fail because they've bummed about deserve sweet FA.
