I drink as I enjoy the taste. If i ever got paraletic drunk it was by accident. I can enjoy a club, bar or anything with out without booze.

If you purposley go out of your way to get absolutley wanked to the point where you can't speak properly, cant walk properly, do stuff you wouldnt normally do...what is the reason for that?

Because they enjoy that feeling? Doesn't necessarily mean they're depressed. Again, you're mistaking not agreeing with you as being mentally ****ed up.

OK. my point is to want that alterd state of mind there must be something about your life that you dislike about the state of mind your in normally.

The getting drunk/high feeling. It's a state of mind where you're not really yourself, you're right. But that doesn't mean that people only get like that because they're unhappy with themselves.

 

No never on my own, I was anti drugs growing up. I agree I never get paralytic where I can't walk but I get drunk on the rare nights out these days.

Whether you like the taste you still drink and get tipsy or drunk that alters your state of mind? Why not just drink non-alcoholic drinks?

 

Why? I don't see why liking doing something must mean that you dislike something else.

 

why can you not get that feeling from something that doesn't seriously damage your body?

probably going ott. personally i beleive if you reguarly take drugs, drink allot of booze to the point where your not able function, especially if your on your own you must be suffering from some form of depression.

the argument of "some people just like the feeling" doesn't really change my mind, only goes to proving my theory in my opinion.
