Horndog's camp need to pull him out of this fight before they get him seriously hurt.

As for the fight not happening, I'm just repeating what you already said:

    Make up your mind, Busteroonie.

Horn wins easy, tszyu 2 is atleast another 18 months away from fighting someone like horn. Tszyu gets hit way to easily, his dad use to get hit also but had people scared to engage because of his power, Tim doesn't carry the same power. I honestly can see it ending early.

I'm a fan of both guys and I agree with you about not wanting the fight to happen at the moment but definitely not because of any fear of Horn getting seriously hurt by Tszyu but because i dont think Tszyu is quite ready for a fight with Horn and I think it would make more sense at the end of year.

Hard one for Tim, he has never faced anything like the pressure Horn brings and could gas him out. Tim is not a heavy puncher on world level and he has also been put on his backside himself.
I don't see Tim having any advantage strength wise in power or chin and his cardio fighting at a high pace non stop has never been tested the way Horns has.
Horn deserves the home town fight due to already been world champ, and there is a lot of guys he has beat that would murk the majority of the guys Tim has had UD's against.

Busteroonie has got one right. The fight won't happen. Nor should it if people actually have Horndog's best interests at heart.

They've just ditched his conditioning coach but he isn't the reason Horndog faded badly twice against Zerafa. The reality is they never rebuilt properly after the Bud Crawford debacle.

You can't just flick a switch and suddenly win a world title a couple of fights after getting pole-axed by Michael Zerafa. You need to build up to it.

What's required to win a second world title is several meaningful fights leading up to a world title shot. The Michael Zerafa rematch was one & it was a less than convincing performance despite being perhaps the best fight I've ever seen. It was a miracle Horndog won that fight & if his own camp doesn't recognise that, they are fools.

He should go to Townsville & fight someone like Wale Omotoso & then perhaps do a third fight with Michael Zerafa.

When he's good enough to stop Michael Zerafa inside the distance without fading badly at the end, he's ready for a world title shot.

Horn will get no credit for beating Junior Tszyu if he wins & in my assessment, he won't.

The solution is to forget about Junior Tszyu & chart a course that leads to a world title shot with some momentum behind him. Not a course that leads to premature retirement.

He's just stared that down with the Zerafa rematch. Why immediately put him straight back into that situation again? He squeaked home against Zerafa on the back of a benevolent refereeing decision. You can't rely on that every time you fight. Not even in Queensland.

I'm not biased against Horndog. I'm giving him good advice that his own management team haven't worked out yet.

The fight will go ahead, both camps have agreed to the date, the 60/40 split, the weight. Tim has been calling out Horn for nearly a year. Horn can't afford to ignore Tszyu any longer. The only sticking point is the venue which has to be Brisbane, Lonergan knows the state government will weigh in as they did with the Pac fight which will mean a bigger purse for each fighter and all others in both camps. This will be Tims first venture into a top 100 ranked opponent and i am tipping Horn by stoppage. Horn will butt, headlock, elbow and low blow Timmy into submission. As for Horns future in world title fights, Zerafa has shown Horn is a domestic fighter at best and if a big fight is offered he should take it as a cash out and keep his family happy.

Easy break down..Horns claim to fame, beat Pac, beat some of the best domestic fighters on the way up and Olympic quarter finalist
Tims claim to fame. His last name and yet to fight anyone with a name let alone beat one.

I'm expecting the plug to be pulled on this fight this week.

Team Horndog are up there in Queensland shaking like leaves on a tree at the prospect of facing Junior Tszyu.

Panic has set in with Team Horndog ruthlessly sacking their loyal long-time conditioning coach. That's very sad to see. Scapegoating the conditioning coach for Horndog's failure to fire is very disappointing. I thought they were better than that.

The only outstanding issue is how are they going to pull the plug? I'm expecting a mid-week demand from Dean Lonergan for a 75/25 purse split. Or an announcement that the fight's off b/c Horndog "has bigger fish to fry".

I agree. The best option for Horns career, legacy and health is to face Murata.

Horn and his team of deluded clowns back to their usual tricks. Tszyu Jnr has absolutely no fear of him which is why he is meeting all of their demands and it is rattling team Horn big time. They sacked Dundee the conditioning coach which shows that Rushton is in total control and accepts no blame for anything. As I predicted Horn will never agree to fight outside of the state of Queensland again.
