    Round 8

Pedraza is now boxing southpaw, for funsies. Moran is whipping some roundhouse right hands into the chest from outside without any extra torque from his straight legs while standing tall & stiff. Pedraza not worried about the incidental body shots of Moran, rolling with most of them anyway. Pedraza landing a slew of right jabs from everywhere, mashing up the already hemorrhaging grill of Moran.

    10-9 Pedraza

    79-73 Pedraza

Couple of them left crosses late in that eighth had the ref taking a good hard look at how Moran was reacting...

This has to be stopped, man is swimming in his blood at this point. There's more important stuff to pursuit. Not that the WBO Latino title isn't important, but it's just too much at this point.

"Takes the air out of the tires of the opponent.... meaning the legs."

Yeah, I think we got the metaphor Bradley. Don't be too proud of that.

    Round 9

Pedraza is shoeshining and throwing 1-2-3 combos starting up top with the right hook scraping the belly, just below the bunched elbows of Moran. Pedraza is slipping the jab and surging forward up off his heels elastically with a counter 1-2. Pedraza is pushing down on the back of the head as Moran crowds him, trying to smother and ragdoll him in a rough clinch. Pedraza darting in and out, intelligently landing his jabs and not hanging around to wait on Moran. Nicely timed right hand on the chin by Moran, unfortunately it connects as Pedraza is also scoring an even flusher left cross that sends him stepping backward involuntarily. Pedraza is throwing lead rights while moving to his left and slipping Moran's left jab with tips of his head and quickened steps. Looping left by Pedraza rocks Moran into the ropes.

    10-9 Pedraza

    89-82 Pedraza
