How is it possible, that a 1899 fight film of Jeffries exist, but only 2 of his next 9 fights do as well? SI wish there were footage of the FInnegan fight, where supposedly Jeffries hit him so hard he was crying on the canvas :scaredas:
I'm working on it don't worry But I'm also taking my time on it. I dont want to rush it, but I also want to get it out there asap.
:goodsure it will be awesome, jokes aside we're all looking forward to it (so get the **** back to work:fire)

Floyd was a badass, he could have made 175 but chose to fight at HW for the money. Had he stayed at 175 hed still be champ.
Fights were created on a case by case basis. Whoever put up the most money got it. The terms were created from scratch every time including films rights or even the right to film at all. At the end of the day Jeffries fight films just didn't make enough money because he wasn't popular so there wasn't any financial incentive in filming them, until the technology got cheap enough to make it worthwhile. But through the advent of Lubinvision, you can view Jeffries in all his technicolor glory: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ROUiZnnFfAw[/ame] www.youtube.com/eslubin
