That's funny clip. Jeffries wasn't in great form after retirement, especially compared to him in his prime
Sharkey and Kid McCoy both said immediately after their fight, that Sharkey's work to the body won him the fight.
what one should notice in that clip ,is how well parrying and cathing punches and having the other hand free to fire shots is a lot more effective than high guards and really show you do not need a lotta head movement for defense.
