Jennings says Hatton has what it takes to beat Cotto, and at the same time, Cotto wants Hatton/Pacman winner = What do you all see happening?? :think:think:think:think:think:think:think
Jennings hasn't fought Hatton to make a fair comparison. I'm a big Hatton fan, but Cotto would beat him back down to 140 where he belongs.
I say Cotto knocked Jennings's only brain cell out,Cotto would destroy Hatton at 147 and would probbaly beat him at 140 too. Cotto vs Clottey is the fight I'd like.
Just like Oscar, I think all the shots to the dome made Jennings stupid or something. Hatton will not beat nor stop Cotto, especially at 147. Even if cotto were to go down to 140(which is something he said he wouldnt do ever again) i still dont see hatton beating him.
I see Cotto fighting Mosely and then the winner of Pac/Hatton. He has a very good chance of winning both fights.
It would be a 50-50 fight at a catchweight of 143 or something. Hatton has always said that Cotto could be broken, looked what happened against AM
Make no mistake, Hatton would beat Cotto at 140. No way Cotto can drop down now. But at 147 it's a whole different ball game.
If Hatton can take Cotto's shots as well as Margarito did then I can see it happening, otherwise, Cotto stops him.
Of course Cotto could drop down to light welter. Cotto is not Collazo. Collazo is a much bigger dude than Cotto and it was that size that gave Hatton some fits with fighting on the inside. Cotto doesn't have that advantage here. Cotto and Hatton are comparable in size. Hatton would have an easier time muscling Cotto at light welter (hell... at welter) than he did with Collazo. Speaking of Collazo... I bet he would give Cotto fits at welterweight.
Hatton may be able to stop him late on in a war.Would love to see it though Cotto may be too strong at 147
