Here's the wake up call - this is how he gets paid. He has a family. The name Jens Pulver still means something so he's gonna keep fighting. He didn't hit the big paydays that others with the same kind of name recognition hit.
Exactly. The guy needs the money and this is how he makes it. It is a shame seeing him keep fighting when he clearly hasn't got much left but he hasn't got a choice.
I agree with the above but his life is on the line and if you can't hit a certain level anymore then you got to think about your family and being there for them. Jens may want to consider coaching, opening up a school, commentating, starting a clothing line etc At least drop down in the level of fighters. Fight 2 or 3 complete bums for less money but safer bets.
