the only thing more ridiculous than Taylor winning this tournament would be Pavlik beating the overall winner. The guy's a busted flush.

    exactly.

im sure j-tee knows it too therefore he's gotta do a better job of exerting his energy in which im sure he will.

    j-tee by decision.

I don't "hate" Floyd Patterson, but when he said before the rematch with Liston how this time he wouldn't get knocked out in one round, it just gave away his mindset. Taylor shows that he isn't really confident with this statement. He lost three of his last four and in every loss, he "should" have won for variosu reasons, better speed, more fuid boxer, had Pavlik hurt, ahead on the cards against Froch. Taylor is a likeable guy but doesn't have a champion's mentality.

Why hasn't he learned this obvious lesson before? Was the Froch fight not important enough? Or the rematch with Pavlik?

Maybe he just can't change it....

So if he gets tired again he'll lose. Makes sense.

Problem for Abraham is that HE has been getting tired recently in fights. AA better hope that's a weight-drain issue.

It probably is, and at least for now, I have AA by late-round stoppage when, of course, Taylor gets tired.

There are plenty of fighters who don't get tired and lose fights.

Too many of you are equating getting tired to losing fights, which while true a lot of the time isn't always the case. Getting tired doesn't equal losing fights.

Taylor is trying to say the ONLY way he'll lose is if he gets tired.

Taylor will win this fight and he will be in the finals of the tournament ... who he fights in the final remains to be seen. I know that a majority of those Euro guys are overhyped and I know that some questions are going to be answered when the two "Andre's" face off against each other.
