Does he get the credit he deserves? In that I mean since the first Hopkins fight he has Hopkins, Hopkins, Wright, Ouma, Spinks, Pavlik, Pavlik, Lacy, Froch and now Abraham. After the Hopkins fights he could of done what other fighters do low risk decent money in the bank fights, no he went on to fight Wright, Ouma and Spinks who are properly the most hardest fights you can get to make you look good. Also no as they say tune up fights in between fights maybe you can say Lacys fight was but he is still a dangerous fighter. And now steps in with the unbeaten Abraham. What do you guys think?
He preformed well in Pavlik II i had him winning that one. He preformed will in Lacy and Froch just got gassed.
He didn't perform well against Lacy imo. Lacy is totally shot and was coming off 4 absolutely pitiful performances. Taylor did OK against Pavlik in the 2nd fight but not more than that. And meanwhile Pavlik's entire resume is beating Taylor.
I think Pavlik sucks IMO.... Hes defintly top 10 but defintly not a great fighter. Taylor made the second fight realllllly close before he gassed, and almost had the first before he gassed. Taylor smokes to much blunts and drinks too much yak. That weakness showed against froch. Taylor would be really good if he didnt party so much IMO
