He needs to bail out of this multi-fight tournment ASAP and possibly retire. His eyes didn't look good to me from about the 9th round on. I saw that savage KO coming. Showtime needs to let this man out and not risk his safety any longer. Jermain has taken way too many beatings and way too many bad KO's lately and they need to save him from himself at this point.

An easy win against feather-fisted Ward, and then a cash-out in his swansong to be eliminated from the Group Stage by way of a quick KO from Kessler...I'm not sure the dangers outweigh the positives there. Of course, this is all contingent upon what shape he's revealed to be in over the next couple days...

Boxers suffer from concussions all the time man even when they're not KOed in a fight. This one just happens to be more severe than most because Taylor was knocked cold and it's the 3rd time he's been knocked out in 5 fights which certainly didn't help him any.

Easy for you to say my man because you're not the one taking the punishment... but at this point with all the money the guy has made and even becoming an undisputed middleweight champ, why risk anything anymore?

Older, shop worn fighters have been known to be KOed and suffer severe brain damage against even feather-fisted types such as Andre Ward........ Dale Crowe - Greg Page is an example of that. I say just hang them up Jermain. I'm not one who cringes over brutal KO's much, but this one had me seriously concerned about Taylor's well being. He needs to retire.

I think the AA beating was worse than both of the others put together.I like Jermaine. He seems like a nice fellow and a brave man.But he should retire.

AA gave Bute a free pass into this thing today.

    Jermain has given us enough.
