Me too, my man, me too. JT is one of the few that gets me to where I scream and cuss etc.. at the **** so hard, that my wife, kid, and even my dogs all hide SOME WHERE. Lucky I don't get the cops called on me to be honest.
lol i hear that!! to be honest i felt a little like apollo's trainer screaming at him "STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!" i mean, i think i lost my voice in a matter of those last two rounds
1) Abraham's power is vastly over rated. He has never even been in the ring with a world class opponent, let alone stopped one. Raymond Joval stopped Shannon Taylor, and then Taylor went the distance with AA in his very next fight. Jantuah got stopped by Kassim ****ing Ouma, but went the distance with Abraham. Arthur's power is over rated, and his use of power is inneficient and innarticulate. 2) Arthur's hands are even slower than Froch's, and his punches are ridiculously wide. He'd have a very hard time finding his mark.
I started hollering when JT lit Froch up with an uperutt in the first round: YA MOTHER****ER! WHO'S GOT THE UPPERCUT NOW *****, and I never got any calmer:nut
true on both counts EXCEPT i think abraham's power, like kendall holts, is misleading and sneaky. against some opponents he displays only modest punching ability other guys (admittedly cans) he destroys. i think he's got GREAT power but his technique and timing don't allow him to utilize it properly
Some people only learn the by repetition. If you tell the truth over and over, some people will eventually catch on.
1. Kelly Pavlik (has to do with regional, excitement, and been followin' him for years) 2. JT, Cotto, PBF, Pacman, Dawson, Haye, J. Arce, Bute, just to name 3 or 4... 3. JMM 4. Mr. Bernard Hopkins 5. Wlad, Adamek, Vitaly, Sam Peter, Froch, Super Zabdiel Judah, **** Miranda might even squeeze in at 5. you know...:yep I have no doubts I've left a couple out of my 5 favorite fighters...lol.
That's more in reference to the continuous belief that one day the light will turn on for Taylor and he'll emerge from the ashes like a phoenix and clean out the 168 lb division. Taylor is what he is fellas. A good fighter with GREAT ability but below average intangibles.
well good the **** on you:good nice list there (especially mother****ing zab!!!). wasn't sure if you were a hardcore pavlik fan at the expense of everyone else. and if you're from youngstown area, hells yeah you follow him!
Oh how I cried, the day JT died in that corner. It was a serious emotional roller coaster. I was so happy Pav made that wicked come back, but shortly after felt so aweful for JT...esp. after I heard his post fight comments from the dressing room. **** broke my heart. Have you seen the Heineken commercial where a foot ball fan stands up to scream for his team, but spills his beer in the process and instantly crashes back down to sadness? LOL. that was how it was.
