After 2 tune-ups with new/old trainer Taylor could be in a 50/50 fight. He is very good, only Steward tried to bring the by-the-book boxer out of him which is as far from the naturally talented Taylor as world peace in 2007. BUT! After a shocking KO loss (not just a referee-stepped-in situation) and a recent split-up with the trainer the pressure can be as hard on Taylor's shoulders as was on Morales' after the KO loss to Manny. You see after a fighter, and after an undefeated figher gets knocked out for good 3 minutes by a MONSTER, a worth thing can be an immidiate rematch. I'm SURE that Taylor strongly believes that he can win the 2nd fight but 99 of 100 fighters who gets caught with a massive shot RIGHT AFTER a KO loss it bring horrible memories back. Naturraly the body, the head responds in this situation, saying "WTF I'm in danger". After a tune-up or two you can get your confidence back in real fights, but sparring 50-100 rounds after a KO loss won't erase fight memories. The first thing any fighter would feel in the middle of the ring 10.000 screaming fans in the place and caught with a big shot - which is very likeable agains Pavlik - is FEAR. Not that Taylor will **** himself but it's the body which'll react in an unconforible and very familiar situation. Anyway, it should be a good matchup and Taylor's got a very good chance on paper. But predicting Jermain's attitude in the ring with the guy who knocked him out is in unpredictible.
Kelly will be even stronger at 166 and it will end much sooner. Jermain will cash out and live a comfortable life in Little Rock meanwhile Pavlik will reign supreme for many years to come:good
Taylor can't even KO shaky-chinned welterweights. And he can't seem to "win" a fight against decent opposition, period, without some help from the suits at HBO!! He's gonna get laid out cold by Pavlik even EARLIER this time. No more gifts for Taylor - the farce is OVER!! :nod
Relentless: There is one MAJOR flaw in your prediction. The fighters in your past predictions which have been correct had never fought each other. Pavlik already whooped Taylor, and badly. What do you have to say to that?
50/50 fight. If Pavlik doesnt knock Taylor out, Taylor wins. The judges had the scoring massively in favor of Taylor for some odd reason before he went down. If Taylor would have listened to Steward and worked his jab and utilized more head movement he would have been better off.

Im taking this that you meant Taylor struggled and will now win the rematch. If so, the problem here is Taylor is not in the same orbit with Mayweather, Nelson, or Louis. IMO he's pretty fragile in the psychology department and he was KTFO very impressively. Also, avlik will adjust his game plan better than Taylor will.
the first time i didn't get that tingling magical sensation on the tip of my *****, the one i usually get when i think of a fight and one of my boys is fighting in it.
Damn Relentless, I'll be quick to admit you know your boxing most of the times, but you're on here telling us you know the outcome of the fight because the tip of your dick told you so!! Got to be shittin me man!! Pavlik KO 7, for the round 7 Trifecta, or round 7 Hat Trick.
