    Jermain Taylor speaks!

"I want thank all my fans and those concerned and let everyone know I'm doing just fine and feeling good,” said Taylor. “I want to congratulate Arthur Abraham on his victory and wish him well in the tournament. Right now my plans are to relax and enjoy my vacation in Europe with my wife, Erica.”

Team Taylor is equally thankful for the outpouring of support shown by fans around the globe, and promises their number one goal is making sure their charge is fit and healthy.

"All of us at DiBella Entertainment are grateful that Jermain is feeling better after fighting his heart out on Saturday night,” said Lou DiBella, promoter of Taylor. “Jermain showed his warrior spirit after working tirelessly to approach the fight in the finest shape of his career. Happily, with the doctor’s blessing, he has been released from the Hospital and is presently relaxing in Europe. This is the best news we could’ve received."

Beat? or gift decision? theirs a big difference. And an "old B-Hop" is no prime Mayweather and Pacquiao.

A concussion and short term memory loss. Are two pretty good signs that he shouldn't be boxing anymore.

I would love to see Jermain win his next two fights in the Super Six. He's a real classy and thoroughly nice fella.

that same "old B-Hop" went on to school Tarver, Pavlic, and Winky. There goes your theory.

I don't know how Taylor could fight as soon as January again. He needs several weeks with no training, and should have a sparring ban of 6 weeks (?). I think he should not compete before march 2010 even if he fully recovers, proven by extensive MRT scans to find blood clots and damaged blood vessels.

His fight is not supposed to be in January, more like March or April, since the Ward/Kessler fight is toward the end of November.

 yeah, it was a foregone conclusion before these fights that "old B-Hop" was going to easily beat them in one sided affairs.

Update by DiBella: no update whether Taylor will continue (with possible hint):

"Jermain is still contracted to this tournament, and he's traveling Europe with his wife, and nothing's going to be decided [about Taylor's further participation] for a few weeks," said DiBella. "He's not going to fly back for around a week. I want him to be able to have some time away and to get some peace."

If you know boxing you'd would have seen it coming. B-hops records against

    fighters says it all.

Winky was closest fight of the three since he had some speed and skill. But couldn't hurt air with his weak punches.
